Council Rock South 2016 goalie Adam Reifer has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Fairleigh Dickinson University
Adam Reifer ledger:
High School: Council Rock South
Graduation Year: 2016
Position: Goalie
College Choice: Fairleigh Dickinson University
Club Affiliation: Bucks Select Black
Major lacrosse honors, camps and showcases: 3 team Varsity, 3 year MVP, National 175, Super Soph, Nike Blue Chip
What will you major in/study? Psychology
Why did you choose school? “This school offered the best academics for me to succeed in the future, but also had an athletics program on the rise. I want to play for a team that I can make a difference and be a part of something special, and not be a part of a program’s downfall.”
Thoughts on your HS team’s 2016 season? “We have a young team, but with our returning key players I hope to win our first conference championship. Our program has gone through a lot and everyone involved deserves that banner!”
Thank You: “I would like to thank my parents, grandparents, and my brother Matt. Without all your love and support I would not be in the position I am, you raised me to win and I plan on not disappointing. I would like to thank John Hiron and Steve Hogan without both of you my lacrosse skills would not have been developed into my playing style that I use today. You made me into this player and I am so very grateful for that.
“And lastly I would like to thank my teammates. Without all of you I would be invisible. To my inspiration I would like to thank you Cullen. You have caused me to appreciate everything more, lacrosse is a blessing and I plan on playing for the both of us. I love u, Hawks fly together always! #CK”
Other schools considered: Franklin & Marshall, Salisbury, Colgate, Tufts, York, and Stevenson
