The Catholic University of America attackman Tim Keith (Archbishop Carroll) has closed his standout career with a haul of the major Landmark Conference awards.
Kieth has been named the Landmark Men’s Lacrosse Senior Scholar Athlete for the 2017 season. That came after he was also named the conference Player of the Year
Keith earned First Team All-Landmark accolades in each of his final two seasons. He led Catholic to its best regular season in program history (13-2), and helped the Cardinals receive votes in the USILA top-20 for the first time in program history. Keith ranked fourth in the conference in scoring with 47 points on 34 goals and 13 assists. He scored at least two points in every conference game but one and finished with 21 in the six conference games. Keith earns his second First Team honors after making the team in 2016
He won two conference championships (2015, 2016) and finished his career with 134 goals, 56 assists, 190 points, 138 groundballs, and 21 caused turnovers. Keith was also named as an All-American in 2016.
A biomedical engineering systems major, Keith maintains a 3.78 grade-point average in the classroom. He earned USILA Academic All-America honors in 2016, has been named to Catholic’s Dean’s List the last three years, is a member of the National Engineering Society, and served as a team leader for his Senior Capstone Senior Design Project.
A team captain in his senior season, Keith was heavily involved in community service projects. He was a three-year participant in the Brookland Community Children’s Field Day, a three-year participant in the MLK National Service Day, and participated in the Headstrong, National Service Day, and Wellockstrong charity events.
