Sophomore Matt Vetter (Central Bucks East) had three goals and an assist and freshman Bryan Wright (Moorestown) added a goal and an assist as the No. 9-ranked University of Tampa men’s lacrosse team won it fourth straight Sunshine State Conference Tournament Championship with 12-8 victory over visiting Florida Tech.

The Spartans (14-4) will advance to the NCAA Division II quarterfinals in two weeks.
Chris Vetter added an assist for the Spartans, who used a 4-0 run to seize a 10-6 lead that they never relinquished.
Bryan Wright has 23 goals and 14 assists this year while Chris Vetter has 15 goals and 17 assists and Matt Vetter has 21 goals and 9 assists. Also contributing this year is sophomore midfielder Devon Hess (Downingtown West).
