Academy of the New Church 2016 LSM/defenseman Eric Carr has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Gettysburg College.

Why did you choose the school? “For me choosing Gettysburg was easy. The combination of great academics and great lacrosse made it very easy. Also, I really like the culture of hard work Coach (Hank) Janczyk and Coach (Wes) Speaks have created at Gettysburg and I am very excited to be a part of it.”
Team’s highlights from 2015 season: “Winning the Friends League and beating Chestnut Hill in the first round of the Inter-Ac Challenge.”
Thank You: “First I would like to thank my parents for always coming to my games and supporting me throughout my lacrosse career. I would also like to thank Brett Manney and everyone else in the NXT organization for all of the help and support. They made this last summer great and helped a lot in the recruiting process. Finally I would like to thank my ANC coaches, Rob and Jack Forster. They both helped me so much in becoming the player I am and have made my high school lacrosse career one to remember.”
