Attackman Austin DelGatto, a 2016 Owen J. Roberts graduate, is enrolled at new Division I program Cleveland State and will begin playing in the 2017-2018 season.

DelGatto scored a school-record 201 career goals and was a First-Team All-PAC-10 pick in 2015 when he tallied a league-high 77 goals. DelGatto, a four-year varsity starter, also scored 74 goals in 2014 when he was a Second-Team All-PAC-10 pick.
DelGatto told Cleveland State sports information his reasons for choosing CSU: “Cleveland State offers a diverse academic environment, and the opportunity to be involved with a new Division 1 program. I was fortunate enough to play under Coach (Andy) German at Main Line, and I’m am excited about Coach (ylan) Sheridan’s vision for the Vikings.
CSU launches its program this spring. Besides German, who was a Villanova assistant ans former St. Josephs Prep coach, Philly players include freshman midfielder Gideon Brokenbrough (Roman Catholic) and attackman Stephen Massi.
