Five members of the Big4 HHH boys’ club program will compete with Team USA Thursday through Sunday in the World Junior Lacrosse championships at Hagersville, Ontario.
Luke Summers (Parkland, Michigan commit), Brett Funk (Shawnee-NJ, Penn State commit), and Mac McLaughlin (Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, Navy commit) will compete for Team USA in the U-19 division while 2019s Will Hurley (Manheim Township) and Jack McHugh (Germantown Academy) will compete in the U-17 division.
The IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship is very excited to announce the 12 teams competing at this years tournament.
Back in for 2016 are last year’s Champions Canada West, along with Canada East. Iroquois East and Iroquois West return along with Seneca Nation and Squamish Nation. USA (USIL) is the final team from North America participating. Five teams from Europe are participating: Israel, Czech Republic, Germany (Deutschland Adler), Ireland (Emerald Islanders) and Team Nordic who will have players representing the Nordic countries.
