Calling all face-off middies!
Tired of winning a faceoff forward and having a pass with the goalie? Are you looking to add some serious speed and accuracy to your shot on the run? Or are you looking to become a stronger faceoff guy and work on your technique?
Or do you just want extra practice in both?
This fall one of the area’s elite shooting coaches, pro standout Matt Mackrides of Blue Ox Lacrosse, is teaming up with one of the elite faceoff coaches, John Bodnar of the Philly Faceoff League, to give faceoff midfielders the ultimate 90 minutes of faceoff and shooting training every Saturday morning for 6 weeks starting September 24.
The class will be capped at 20 players. Each week one group will receive 45 minutes of intense shooting drills with Coach Mackrides, while the other group receives 45 minutes of faceoff training with Coach Bodnar before you switch it up. All ages are welcome to register.
The clinics will be he;d on Saturday mornings from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn, PA.
