There are many exceptional athletes capable of excelling in lacrosse at the high school level through any combination of size, skill, and speed. Heritage Lacrosse Overspeed Academy has been specifically designed and created to address this void in the marketplace. The faculty has been hand-picked and represents some of the very best minds in high school, club, college, pro and international lacrosse. The inaugural summer 2016 program is in the following format, and is designed to follow the summer club season:

Face-Off Leagues

Philly Faceoff Summer League. Spots are still open to join the Philly Face-Off League this summer. During the winter over 60 different high school face-off players (25 already committed D1) participated regularly in the Philly Face-Off League. The PFL is a club where starting face-off players for their respective school or club teams can meet once a week to not only practice their skills against each other, but receive coaching as well!
In order to be a part of the league you must have at least one year of experience facing-off at a high level for your school or club team. This league is not for beginners! This is an IDEAL clinic for face-off guys who want to compete against other quality face-off players for 90 minutes while receiving individualized instruction.
The Philly Face-Off League is run by John Bodnar and Mike Dolente. They both have an extensive background in working with some of the best face-off guys in the area and are asking for more guys to compete. This summer we will continue to be indoors at the Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn, PA! The PFL will run for the next 10 Tuesdays starting May 31 from 6:30-8 PM.
The face-off position is getting more and more competitive by the day. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to get better this summer!

2016 National 175 Best of the Best Club Team Showcase, HS Division Locations – Mitchel Athletic Complex, Nassau Community College, Kellenberg Memorial HS, Cantiague Park. Youth Division Location TBA. The National 175 Best of the Best Club Team Showcase was conceived on the premise that the strongest programs in the country want to compete against each other in order to establish which program really is the best team in each graduation year across the nation. Our team showcase is a team event whereby the limited teams invited and attending have been carefully selected. Each of these programs/teams have been recognized as top programs committed to the development of the student athlete and with players seeking to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. To apply for the Best of the Best, contact info@nat175.com.

The Mid Atlantic Showcase is an individual recruiting event for boys rising freshman (2020s) through rising senior (2017s) that gives them the opportunity to showcase their athletic skill set, lacrosse IQ, and their ability to adjust their game to the skill sets of those around them. College Coaches are given the ability to evaluate a player’s athletic skill set while also getting to assess their academic profile as it relates to their college/universities academic profile. We are expecting over 70 college coaches to attend this year’s inaugural Mid Atlantic Showcase with the University of Maryland already confirmed to attend.
Players will get the opportunity to get a 1-hour training session in the morning before the showcase games begin from the coaches in attendance learning new position specific skill sets as well as team concepts testing your lacrosse IQ and ability to enhance your game. College Coaches will also take this time to tell you what THEY are looking for throughout the day and what YOU can do to get yourself recruited.
Teams will be made up of 20-21 players (2 goalies, 4 defenders, 2 lsm, 1 FO specialist, 8 midfielders, and 4-5 attack man) and compete in THREE 50 minute showcase games using NCAA Rules. In between game players will have the opportunity to attend an additional 30 -minute nutrition information seminar at the MSI Sport Village Complex.
The ELITE-42 Showcase Game:
At the conclusion of the day, the top 42 players will be selected after our evaluations have been talented.

National 175 Summer Showcase, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), 110 8th Street, Troy, NY 12180, July 25-27th, 2016. Welcome to the 5th annual 2016 National 175 Summer Showcase hosted at RPI. This is the premier lacrosse recruiting showcase that provides the platform for the most talented players to showcase their abilities in front of college lacrosse coaches seeking to recruit players from all over the lacrosse community. Based on recommendations from our college coaches and some of the major club team directors we have made a decision to move our Flagship National 175 Summer Showcase 2016 event to the PRIME recruiting dates. The recruiting calendar is always a challenge to maneuver, but with an expected dead period surrounding the July 4th holiday likely to be announced in the coming months it is our belief that the weekends in July will be monopolized by the Club team tournaments and that the individual showcases will be better positioned for college coach and top players attendance in the weekday venues. https://natinvite175.sportngin.com/register/form/051476190“>Click here to apply.
