Starting Saturday April 2nd, Fusion Lacrosse will be running a series of skills clinics on Saturday mornings at Marple Sports Arena. What’s special about these clinics is they will be led by Coach Luke Wiles who was a 3-time National Lacrosse League All-Star and current head coach of Archbishop Carroll High School.
Further, these clinics will be run in a box lacrosse setting which is ideal for maximum repetitions (the ball never goes out of bounds!). Fusions curriculum and Coach Wiles delivery are perfect for building a great structural foundation that players will use confidently throughout their playing careers. This program is ideal for beginners in the K-3rd age group, as well as experienced players in the 4-6th age group who want to improve their stick work and confidence throughout their Spring seasons!
K-3rd grade (6 week-program): April 2nd-May 21st 9:15-10:30am

Luke Wiles
4th-6th grade (8 week-program): April 2nd- June 4th 8am-9:15am
Assistant coaches will include a combination of Steven Holmes (current Malvern Prep defensive coordinator and NY Lizard Pro Defenseman) and Alex Turner (8-year National Lacrosse League veteran)

Box lacrosse testimonials from lacrosse legends:
“If I had my choice, I would have every player under the age of 12 play box lacrosse exclusively or at least a majority of the time. The number of touches of the ball and the ability to develop better stick skills in a game of box lacrosse far surpasses what happens on a field. Learning how to pass and catch in traffic, understanding how to shoot, and developing a sense of physicality are all positive traits developed by the box game.” – -6X NCAA Championship Coach Bill Tierney, University of Denver
“Being a part of the finesse and physicality of box lacrosse has been a great experience for me. I feel that I have learned and improved as an overall lacrosse player. Learning to adapt in tight space while reading defenders and offensive players has been the biggest improvement in my game.” -MLL/NLL All-Star Paul Rabil
